What’s the easiest way to register for the conference?
The easiest way to register is to go to howmightwe.com and click ‘register’ or to find us on Eventbrite.
When is the last day I can register online?
The final day for conference registration is Wednesday September 26th, 2018.
Do I have to pre-register for the sessions/breakouts?
Not at all. Sessions and breakouts are free flow and open to all.
Can I walk in and sign up for the conference?
Unfortunately, due to conference logistics, this is not possible.
I can no longer attend, but my colleague can. Can my colleague go in my place?
Transfer of registration is possible – but must be declared to the Basadur Office by Wednesday September 26th, 2018. Please contact us directly at 1888-88SOLVE.
Something has come up and I need to cancel. How do I go about canceling?

What is the process to pay via check or wire transfer?
Payment is required by Wednesday September 26th, 2018. Forms accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Amex or check to: 1850 Old Waterdown Road Burlington, ON Canada L7P 0T2
What discounts are available?
Registration is as follows:
- Early bird – US$ 950 (registration by July 31)
- Early bird – academic and non-profits – US$750 (registration by July 31)
- Registration by September 26 – US$ 1250
- Registration by September 26 – academic and non-profits US$ 950

How do I get to P&G GYM? Specifically, GYM West?
GYM West is located on the Western side of the GYM campus. To get to the GYM:
• From the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky or Dayton International airports, take I-75 to the Union Centre Boulevard Exit (#19) head West on Union Centre Boulevard to Beckett Road-turn left, go to the 4th driveway, turn left into the parking lot. The entrance on the right as you enter the parking lot -look for Blue 8862 address.
• If you’re coming from I-71, please take I-275 to I-75 and follow the directions above. The Union Centre Boulevard Exit is the first Exit North of I-275.

What hotel should I stay at?
Many guests to the GYM enjoying staying nearby in West Chester, OH. Here are some convenient options.

Are meals included? What about breaks?
Continental breakfast and lunch are included. A variety complimentary snack and beverage (soft drinks, coffee, tea, water) options are available on demand at The GYM.
I have some dietary restrictions, what do I do?
The hosting facility – The GYM – is happy to accommodate dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, gluten or any food allergies). If you have any restrictions please let us know by emailing info@basadur.com.
PROGRAMMING:
- Do I need to have taken a Simplexity Thinking course to attend? Do I have to have taken the Basadur Profile to attend?
- Will I receive the presentations and handouts from the sessions?
- I am unable to attend for all 3 days, but would still like to find ways to participate. What should I do?
Do I need to have taken a Simplexity Thinking course to attend? Do I have to have taken the Basadur Profile to attend?
Completion of Level I Simplexity Thinking is not a requirement. We do require attendees to take the Basadur Profile and a link to take the profile will be provided to attendees in advance of the conference.
Will I receive the presentations and handouts from the sessions?
Presentations will be managed through the Basadur office. Content that is deemed “open” will be made available to attendees at a later date.
I am unable to attend for all 3 days, but would still like to find ways to participate. What should I do?
